I Just want to wish my friend Marke a safe trip. Since hockey is now finished he is heading out next week to England . I am sure he will have a good time and a safe one at that. Yes, Thats right I am down for the count.  For a few days anyway. I injured my back this morning at work and went to the doctors which gave me a big doctors name for what I had done to myself. From the looks of it I will be missing the next few days of work which sucks because I was just getting back into the groove of things. Plus the pilling I will be taking for my back will be knocking me out for the next few days anyway. I hope this does not make me fat.
