My first night sleeping in my apartment that is.  I will be having over my parents and my future in-laws to watch the final game of the regular season for the Vancouver Cancucks.   I will be moving down my BBQ some time this week as well as painting the bedroom closet.   Then I will have to stock up with beer and food and I will be able to live there.  Of course the last thing that will be moved in before me will be my precious computer.  Once that is moved in then you will find me there. Otherwise you will still be able to find me in my parents basement.  Tick Tock… Time is ticking.

I was downtown the other day in and out of shops, shopping when I came to a older building which was recently been renovated.   Too my surprise instead of the usual wooden columns I saw fiberglass columns.  This was the first time I have seen these being used.  Let me say I was pleasantly surprised.  They were well constructed and looked to be a very fine quality.  I would never have though about using them before I saw them last weekend but after seeing them I would see how they could be used.  I now consider them a choice when building, where before I did not.

Everyday I see people wearing watches.  Yet I do not have one.  I have always used either a pager or my cell phone as a watch.  I have always wanted to own several luxury watches, but do not really see myself wearing them.  I guess I see them more of as status symbol and only the “rich” or people that can afford them wear them.  Or those wanting people to think they are rich.  Either way I guess I will just have to be happy with my cell phone until I can afford those luxury Watches.

Wow Is all I have to say.  The Vancouver Canucks played a completely game then teh last time they played Calgary.  This time they were scored on first and were down 2-1 before scoring 5 unanswered goals and ended up winning 6-2 tonight.  It was a great game to watch and teh Cancuks played really good.  The best Canuck was Trevor Linden.  He always turns up his game this time of year and always comes up big for the Canucks. He is a champ and we all love him here in Vancouver.   He should really be captain not Nasland.  He is a true Canuck and Canadian.  He may carry this team on his back into the playoffs.  If they get in the may be able to do some damage.  Good luck Canucks, next game is Tuesday!

Well it looks like you could say that the Canucks season is practically over now.   The lost a very important game 4-0 in which they did not show up at all. I think they lost 4-0.  I ended up leaving with 10 minutes left in the third because they were losing and I was disgusted with there play.   It is as if they have already given up and do not want to play for there captain.  It looks like the Canucks need to get rid of there captain and get some new players in here for next year.   We are missing 2-3 good players that will make a difference and put this team over the top.  Bye Bye captain and hello new players.

Tonight’s game is massive for the Vancouver Canucks tonight.  It may even decide there playoff picture.  If they win,  It looks like they should make the playoffs.  If they lose it looks like they may have to win every game from here on out.   They are without Brendan Morrison who is gone now for the rest of the season.   They are 2 points up on the team that is chasing them for the last playoff spot.  That said that team has the easiest schedule in the league.  The Vancouver Canucks have one of the toughest.  Anyway I am off to watch them.  GO Canucks Go.
