Preformance Reviews
Every so often with GRIS, Rob and I give ourselves performance reviews on how we are doing as well on how GRIS is doing as a whole. This should be done from time to time in any business or workplace. If this does not happen the workers will become stuck in a rut and not see there work sliding or admit that they need to improve on anything. If anything it helps get us re-motivated and get our asses back on the projects which we should be working on and not waste so much time doing pointless stuff.
