Well time is running out on my time at my parents basement.  I am starting to move my stuff out and soon will be in my Own place. It is exciting and scary as I said in the past.  Now it is hitting me. Do I really want to leave home? But can I stay at home forever? No I can not.  Now is the time I guess to get my life in order figure out what kind of person I will end up being. I know I have some very nice stuff and my place is very nice so it will be up to me to keep it nice and tidy.  I hope I will survive. I know I will miss my parents.

Well I decided to break down the year of 2007 into several reviews.  The first one here is I will touch on is my earning or as I will say career Earning.  Remember I started out the year in January with a dream and no money to Invest.  Now 1 year later I can happy say that everything I have and everything I earned I did not invest any money not earned online into it.  I started with 0$ and turned it into roughly 2.5k in career earning.  Mind you I have re-invested about 2k of it back into my every growing “empire”.   I expect 2006 to double if not triple that.  I hope my earnings will increase and I will soon start being able to draw a monthly salary from it.  I know 2008 will be the year of the GREG.

In my life experience so far I always though that I would be able to purchase everything I wanted in full and not need a loan well I was wrong. In fact I have had to get several loans so far in my life including a car loan. For me it was easy I just went to my bank inquired about a loan and got it. However, for some people it is not that easy. Some people need to go searching for car loans because they are simply have the luck I did. If fact even my Fiancee had to go looking to find her a good car finance plan that she could use. Which was a pain in the ass.

Well Since it is the new year I might as well wrap up December for you.   December was an interesting and leaning month for me online.  Though Paid post earning was down.  Roughly 300-400$ from 500$ the previous month.  I Sold a Facebook application which netted me a profit of 100 minus pay pal fees.  I also sold a website for the first time instead of buying them for 800$.  However that had to be divided up among other people and I earned only 50$ off that sale.  However, what I did not earn in money I earned in experience and idea’s.  Hopefully 2008 will much better then 2007.  I will get a figure to you later with the overall 2007 figures.

Yes it is still the season to be giving. You should always be giving year round actually. Take me for example when I had an extra car that was useless, instead of just throwing it away I donated it to charity. You can do the same with you car. You can donate car to Carangel.com.
