Yes Yes Yes tomorrow is my last day of work until Christmas and Maybe this year. I have not decided if I will come in and work next Thursday and Friday.  The money would be good but It would be great to have 2 weeks off. I am sure I should be able to afford it since the pool forgot to pay me last payday and that means that I will be getting an extra 16 hours on my next paycheck.  It actually would make up for 2 days I would miss of work.  Or is those days on the next pay period and I would be very poor then.  Yes it looks like we would start off the new year very poor. Oh well.

 Now is the time of year when us boys start planning the future road trips for the following year. As always we talk about the possibility of heading down south and watching the spring training for a baseball team. This year there has been much talk about the New York Yankees, especially with A-rod signing for what he did recently. One of my friends took this to the next level and brought a copy of the Yankees Spring Training Schedule for 2008. It would be so cool to head south where it is warm and catch the sprint training for the Yankees. It is our Favorite team and one of the only teams that we would all consider heading down to see. We will decide soon if we all can afford the road trip and hopefully we can start planning the trip in the new year.

Yes Dam it..  Right now it appears I am fighting a cold and so far I am winning but do not want to think how I will be if I start losing the cold.  Especially now in the Holiday season. It will suck to be sick when all the good foods are to be eaten and the yummy chocolates to sample.  At least I will have some time off work and that will allow me to rest up and get ready for the rest of the winter and ugly stretch of winter months until there is another public holiday and the long weekend seasons tarts again.
