Mortgage talk
 Tonight after soccer I went with Michel, my friend to eat at Gourmet Castle restaurant. He is getting serious with his girlfriend and we had a nice little talk about Mortgages and what was is like when I got mine. My over all experience was great. I told him I had a easy time of getting one and getting a good one. I got pre approved before hand with my local bank which is good if you know you are going to be looking for housing in teh near future. I then was able to Compare mortgages with other banks to see if I would be able to get better rate but since I got mine pre-approved the rates have gone up a % so no one could come close to what I had mine at.  He asked me if I knew anything about adverse credit remortgages but I told him that it was something that you go though down the line if needed. I also assured him I would not be need that ( fingers crossed ).  Michel said he is going to look into a pre approved mortgage since they are usually go for 3 months.
