As winter approaches for us here in Vancouver, the need to turn up the heat grows as each day passes. Soon we will have the heat cranked and the fireplace lit to keep our houses warm. This will be my first winter in my new place and I do not know how well it heats. In fact now I am already looking into getting vent free wall heaters in case I get cold this winter. I already have the one I would get picked up from products.desatech.com. I already did my looking so that if my room is too cold I have everything picked out and will talk a lot less time before it is installed and I am felling warm again.

Thats right, this weekend college football kicks off. Now I will have my weekends full of football watching. My fiancee hates this time of year because I will be glued to the tv or computer checking up stats or highlights. One of my favorites is the Penn State football team. I try and watch every game that I can.  I even put down some money with my bookie for them when I am sure they will beat the spread or if they have good odds to win a game.  You know who my favorite college football team is, Who is yours?

I know it would be my dream to live on the water anywhere in the world.  I would enjoy it because of my love for fishing and the water. Well as summer is over it appears that I did not get to go boating this year.  I would have loved to have gone out a few times but I ended up working too much.  It really sucks because I enjoy boating and look to get one of my own soon.  I would like one big enough for the ocean so I can go salmon fishing.  Though I would really like it if I had a house in Australia and I could go boating there.  I would go fishing all the time and take my family and friends out in my boat whenever I could.  Maybe next year I will not work as much and I will be able to go boating with my friends more often and go catch some fresh crab.

Which means so is the weekend. And this weekend is a long weekend too.  On top of all that I am not going to be working this long weekend so I will actually have 3 days off.  It will seem so weird actually. If fact for most of this year the most I usually get off has been 36 hours..  That is the time I leave work on staurday till the time I go back on Monday.   The main reason is that the people who’s house we are building are moving in why too soon and they kinda told my boss he wanted us to work everyday this week and weekend then that was it for overtime which pissed him off. So he said no OT this week or the weekend.  Such games adults play.  I can’t wait for the long weekend one more day.. YEAH YEAH.

Thats right everyone now is the time for all the end of summer sales to take place. I bet you see them when you drive around your city and yes we do have them on the internet too. If fact onlinediscountmart.com is having there end of summer sale now where you can save lots of money on summer goodies. In fact why not stock up for next years summer supplies now suck as Garden Lighting, or Garden Fountains now instead of paying full price next year. Today I went to my first soccer practice of the year.  I though I was going to get killed out there completely dominated by everyone, and be super out of shape.  However I was wrong. My legs were killing me after doing some wind sprints at the start then the numbness went away and I was amazingly able to keep up and preform at everyone level. I was also surprised that my asthma held up as well.  I was able to breath which make me feel better.  No I wonder how I will fair when our first game comes around.

How is yoru Dental Health?  Mine is good right now but I want to keep it that way for my upcoming wedding next July.  That means I have to keep looking after my teeth.   That means if something goes wrong I may need the help of a professional such as the San Diego cosmetic dentist center.  If Anything I would use these services for Zoom whitening. Thats righ! I will be playing soccer again this season as well as ice hockey. So look for me to get in super shape.. lol. Well that my plan anyway. I hope that by playing the two sports I will get in shape. This will help me as I begin my quest to lose weight and look good for my upcoming wedding July 12 2008. I have to get back to my ” High school” shape and get my 6 pack back. I am sure I will be able to do that in time for the wedding. I start losing those extra pounds today.. Yeah!!!

Now I am not going to say tutors are a waste of money like some of you think. I know that i received help from Math Tutors when I was little and I will certainly do the same for my kids. But the reason I am talking about it today is that I work with Miguel who, has just had his second child. Now he is 42 and this is his second child. Miguel and I had a discussion about Math Tutors today at lunch. For his first child he picked the first one he could get and realized that it didn’t work too well. His son Rich did not get along with him at all. So this time him and his wife are looking for online tutors this time. He believes that todays age is different then a few years ago and his Daughter will learn faster with an online Tutor then a real person. I agree with him and will no doubt look for tutors when I have kids.
